Fish Cutlet Ingredients :

 Cooked flaked fish - 200g
 Potatoes - 150g
 Butter – 1 tbsp
 Onion chopped - 1
 Minced chilies - 1 tbsp
 Egg - 1
 Salt & pepper to taste
 Few bread crumbs

Fish Cutlet Method :

 1.Mix together all the ingredients except egg and bread crumbs.
 2.Then make flatten balls from the mixture, dip into beaten egg, roll on the bread crumbs and keep aside for 5 minutes.
3. Now deep-fry the patties on both sides in a non-stick pan with little butter or oil until brown in color.
 4.Serve Fish Cutlet hot with ketchup.
