Kesar Elaichi Lassi

Kesar Elaichi Lassi Ingredients

A few strands of saffron

Half teaspoon green cardamom powder

4 cups yogurt, whisked

Two-third a cup and 1 tablespoon warm milk

1 tablespoon rose syrup

10 tablespoons powdered sugar

A few ice cubes

4 pedas, crushed

4 tablespoons rabdi

10-12 almonds, slivered

10-12 pistachios, slivered

Kesar Elaichi Lassi Method

Soak saffron in one tablespoon warm milk and set aside. Combine yogurt and the remaining warm milk in a bowl and blend with a hand blender. Add green cardamom powder, rose syrup and powdered sugar and blend some more. Add saffron milk and mix. Add ice cubes and stir. Pour into individual glasses, add crushed pedas and rabdi on top. Garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios and serve chilled.

Banana Coffee Smoothie

Banana Coffee Smoothie Ingredients :

Butter (small) bananas – 2
Coffee powder – 1 ½ tbsp
Cold boiled milk – 150 ml
Vanilla ice cream – 1 scoop

Banana Coffee Smoothie Method :

1.Mash the bananas into a smooth paste.
2. Add coffee powder and beat well.
3. Slowly pour on the milk, stirring constantly.
4. Pour into a tall glass.
5. Serve with a dollop of ice cream.

Mango pineapple juice

For Mango pineapple juice:
  • 1 large ripen Mango, peeled and diced in cubes
  • 1 medium-sized sweet pineapple, peeled and diced in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar( you can adjust depending upon how sweet the fruit is)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
Grind all the ingredients mentioned above and serve with some ice cubes on top and enjoy.

GAJAR KA COOL DRINK

INGREDIENTS

Carrots
4 large
Beetroot
1 medium
Salt
3 tablespoons
Red chilli powder , (coarse)
1 1/2 tablespoons
Mustard powder , (coarse)
4 tablespoons

METHOD
Scrub carrots and beetroot and wash under running water. Peel and cut into batons.Take carrot and beetroot batons in a bowl. Add salt, coarse red chilli powder, coarse mustard powder and mix. Add eighteen cups of water and stir. Cover the bowl with a muslin cloth and tie it round the rim. Let it stand in the sun for three to four days. When ready chill in the refrigerator and serve chilled.

AAM LASSI

INGREDIENTS

Mango
1
Yogurt
1 cup
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Green cardamom powder
a pinch
Saffron (kesar)
2-3 strands

METHOD
Wash, peel, remove seed from mango and make a puree of its flesh in a mixer. Transfer into a bowl.In the same mixer blend yogurt, sugar and ice cubes for a minute. Add mango puree and blend for half a minute on minimum speed. Garnish with saffron strands and serve chilled.

Tomato Juice Recipe

Ingredients:
• 4 Tomatoes (ripe and juicy) • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala • 1 tsp Salt • 3/4 tsp Pepper Powder • 1 tbsp Sugar

How to make Tomato Juice:
•Quarter the tomatoes.
•Remove seeds with a small spoon, keep aside.
•Blend together all the ingredients, with 2 glasses chilled water, or crushed ice, in a blender.
•Strain with a not-too-fine strainer.
•Pour into glasses and add some of the seeds back.
•Stir and serve chilled.

Suggestions:
Garnish with a small tiny spring of mint while serving.

Carrot Orange Juice Recipe

Ingredients:
• 4 medium Carrots (peeled & sliced) • 2 cups Orange Juice • Sugar to taste • 1 ½ tsp Orange Flower Water • Small handful of Ice

How to make Carrot Orange Juice:
•Put carrots with ½ of the orange juice in a blender and blend it for 30 sec.
•Mix in remaining orange juice with sugar & ice and continue blending.
•Add orange flower water and mix well.
•Serve it cold.
