Mango Pudding

Ingredients:

Sugar  -  200 g
Fresh milk  -  400 ml
Coconut Powder
Ice water  -  250 ml
Butter  -  20 g
Whipping cream  -  250 g
Water  -  300 ml
Mango Puree -  300 g
Gelatine Powder  -  40 g

Method Of Preparation:
  1. Mix together water, sugar and gelatine powder and bring them to a boil. Let sugar completely dissolve in the water.
  2. Put in grease and let it stay aside.
  3. Mix together whipping cream, coconut powder, milk, mango puree and ice water.
  4. Add the sugar solution to the above mixture and stir it well.
  5. Pour this in the preferred mould.
  6. Chill till it is set and serve chilled.
