Ingredients:
Sugar - 200 g
Fresh milk - 400 ml
Coconut Powder
Ice water - 250 ml
Butter - 20 g
Whipping cream - 250 g
Water - 300 ml
Mango Puree - 300 g
Gelatine Powder - 40 g
Method Of Preparation:

Method Of Preparation:
- Mix together water, sugar and gelatine powder and bring them to a boil. Let sugar completely dissolve in the water.
- Put in grease and let it stay aside.
- Mix together whipping cream, coconut powder, milk, mango puree and ice water.
- Add the sugar solution to the above mixture and stir it well.
- Pour this in the preferred mould.
- Chill till it is set and serve chilled.
