Ingredients
- 4 Pomfret fish
- 2 Big Lemon
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- Parsley/ Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 Egg
- Batter Powder/ Cornflour
- Oil
Directions
- Wash the fish and add salt to each piece then add 1 lemon juice, also add the lemon skin to the fish
- Then add coriander powder, curry powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, soya sauce, chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Marinate for 1-2 hrs in fridge
- Then take 1 egg add little chilli powder n mix well (if needed can add little curd)
- Take fish dip in egg mixture and roll on cornflour / batter powder
- Fry in medium flame till golden brown
- Garnish with lemon and coriander, serve hot.
