Lemon Fish fry

Ingredients

  • 4 Pomfret fish
  • 2 Big Lemon
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • Parsley/ Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • Batter Powder/ Cornflour
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Wash the fish and add salt to each piece then add 1 lemon juice, also add the lemon skin to the fish
  2. Then add coriander powder, curry powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, soya sauce, chopped coriander leaves and mix well
  3. Marinate for 1-2 hrs in fridge
  4. Then take 1 egg add little chilli powder n mix well  (if needed can add little curd)
  5. Take fish dip in egg mixture and roll on cornflour / batter powder
  6. Fry in medium flame till golden brown
  7. Garnish with lemon and coriander, serve hot.
