Doodhi Moong

Ingredients:
250 gms - doodhi
100gms - soaked moong daal
1/4 tsp - cumin seeds
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - coriander powder
1 cup coriander leaves
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
Method
  1. Take a pan, put oil and add cumin seeds.
  2. When the cumin seeds start crackling.
  3. Add pieces of doodhi and soaked moong daal and add all the masalas.
  4. Add water if necessary.
  5. When cooked add coriander leaves.
  6. If it is dry, enjoy with roti.
