Ingredients:
250 gms - doodhi
100gms - soaked moong daal
1/4 tsp - cumin seeds
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 tsp - coriander powder
1 cup coriander leaves
salt as per taste
oil for cooking

Method
- Take a pan, put oil and add cumin seeds.
- When the cumin seeds start crackling.
- Add pieces of doodhi and soaked moong daal and add all the masalas.
- Add water if necessary.
- When cooked add coriander leaves.
- If it is dry, enjoy with roti.
