 Tomato soup ingredients

Ripe Tomatoes    -  2 (remove seeds, peeled and chopped)
Olive Oil   -  2 tbsp
Crushed Garlic  -  1 Clove
Basil   -  ¼ cup
Onion   -  1 (Chopped)
Tomato Paste  -  2 oz
Chicken or vegetable stock  -  4 Cups
Small red pepper chopped  -  1 (optional)

Tomato soup Preparation

1)Take a heavy pan. Put the garlic paste, chopped onion and red pepper in it and cook it till it become soft.
2)Then put the tomato in it and keep cooking for more 10 minutes.
3)Then add the tomato paste, salt and pepper according to you taste.
4)Cover the pan and keep simmer for 15 – 20 mins.
5)Cool it for 5 mins and then add the cooked mixture in a blender till it become smooth.
6)Again add into the pan and heat it gradually.
7)Finally add the basil in the soup according your taste, cook for 2 mins and it is tomato soup ready to eat.
