Masala Fish Fingers

Masala Fish Fingers Ingredients :
250 gms deboned fish pieces
1 onion
1/4" ginger
1 garlic flakes
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
2 eggs
Oil for frying

Masala Fish Fingers Method :
Clean the fish pieces.
Mix all the ingredients except eggs, bread crumbs and oil.
Marinate the fish pieces with the mixture for 2 hours.
Beat the egg. Heat the oil.
Dip the fish pieces in egg and roll it in bread crumbs.
Deep fry till golden brown.
Masala Fish Fingers redy Serve hot.
